How do I determine the right size for my order?

We offer a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page. Since our items are handmade and often gender-neutral, we recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to our chart or selecting our 'Custom Sizing' option for a perfect fit.

How long will it take to receive my handmade items?

As a slow-fashion brand, each piece is made to order. Our current production time is typically 2 to 4 weeks before shipping. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

What is your return policy for custom-made products?

Due to the intimate and custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we offer a 'Fit Guarantee' and will work with you on alterations or adjustments if your custom garment does not fit as expected.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide from our studio in Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.

What materials do you use for your garments?

We prioritize sustainability and comfort. Most of our products are made from high-quality, eco-friendly fabrics such as bamboo, organic cotton, and recycled nylon, ensuring durability and a soft feel against the skin.

Can I request a modification to an existing design?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on inclusivity. If you need a specific modification for accessibility, gender affirmation, or comfort that isn't listed, please contact our team via the 'Custom Request' form.
