At Origami Customs, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your custom-made garments. While we offer a generous exchange policy for fit issues, please note that due to the intimate nature of our products, certain hygiene restrictions apply.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Submit a Request
Email our support team with your order number and details regarding the fit issues to receive a Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging and clearly write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the parcel.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a tracked shipping method to our studio; once received, we will process your exchange or store credit within 5-7 business days.
